 Description

Diamond ring. Centrally set with an octagonal emerald-cut diamond, H colour, VS1 clarity, with an approximate weight of 0.73 carats, in an open back claw setting, flanked by two baguette cut diamonds in open back half rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.16 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.89 carats, to a geometric flanked solitaire design featuring curving corner claws, an openwork gallery and rectangular backholing, leading to slightly raised smooth shoulders and flowing through to a solid lightly rounded shank. Tested platinum, circa 1935, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America report #6137207586.
