Centrally set with a cushion shape old cutnatural unenhanced Royal Blue Burmese sapphire in an open backclaw setting with an approximate weight of 2.01 carats, further adorned by twenty four round eight cutdiamonds in open back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.30 carats, to an elegant cluster design featuring polished edges, an intricately pierced gallery and open backholing, the raised shoulders supported by cheniers, flowing to a solid D-shapeshank.
