 Description

Edwardian Burmese sapphire and diamond three stone ring. Set to centre with a cushion shape old mine natural unenhanced Burmese sapphire in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 2.10 carats, further set with two cushion shape old mine diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 1.00 carats, to an elegant three stone design featuring curving claws, an intricately pierced gallery with floral motifs and round open backholing, flanked by tapering split shoulders with chenier detailing flowing through to a solid flat shank. Tested platinum, numbered '121', circa 1915, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #79231-48.
