The total approximate diamond weight is 0.60 carats, to an intricate trefoilcluster featuring curving pierced claws, polished edges and open and closed backholing, leading to inwardly tapering shoulders and flowing through to a solid grooved shank. Marked 18 carat gold with platinum settings, indistinct maker's mark, French, circa 1900, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5776-6913.
