Diagonally set with one round old cut diamond, J colour, VS2 clarity with a weight of 0.98 in an setting, further set with one round old cut diamond, J colour, I1 clarity with a weight of 1.04 carats in an open back , flanked by two shape in open back with a combined weight of 0.28 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.30 carats, to an ornate crossover design with curving claws, a finely pierced and open backholing, leading to smooth split flowing through to a solid D-shaped . yellow and , 1910, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) reports #2231221338 & #2235221327.

Cross over rings were first popularized in the late 18th century, when a young Napoleon presented Joséphine with a sapphire and diamond crossover engagement ring.
