 Description

Victorian diamond coronet cluster ring. Set to centre with a cushion shape old mine diamond in an open back grain setting with an approximate weight of 0.05 carats, encircled by six cushion shape old mine diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.35 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.40 carats, to an elegant floral cluster design featuring polished edges, a smooth gallery and open circular backholing, leading to trumpeting shoulders with scrolling openwork detail and tapering through to a solid D-shape shank. Tested yellow gold, circa 1890.
