Set with nine round old cut diamonds in open back channel and rubover settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.30 carats, flanked by six rectangular calibre cut rubies in open back channel settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.60 carats, to a two row cross over design with polished edges and intricate square backholing, the heavy integrated shoulders tapering to a solid D-shape shank.
