Set to centre with one cushion shape old mine cut natural unenhanced Ceylon sapphire in an open backrubover setting with an approximate weight of 5.67 carats, flanked by two rectangular baguette cut diamonds in closed back rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.20 carats, to a geometric three stone design with a structured pierced gallery, polished edges and shaped backholing, featuring raised trumpeting shoulders leading through to a solid tapering shank. Markedplatinum, French, circa 1925, accompanied by a Gemmological Certification Services report #79189-83.
