Victorian ring. Set to centre with a shape diamond in a setting with an approximate weight of 0.20 , flanked by six cushion shape old mine in closed back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.30 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.50 carats, to a graduating flanked design featuring polished edges, a decoratively with foliate motifs and closed backholing, leading to ridged with wwith further engraved detail which flows through to a solid . 18 carat yellow , partially engraved '...Tatterthwaite died Dec 26 1862 aged 55', full hallmarks for Birmingham, English, 1879.
