Set to centre with an oval old cut natural unenhanced sapphire in an open back grain setting with an approximate weight of 1.00 carats, flanked on either side by two round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 1.00 carats, and further enhanced by thirty round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 1.00 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.00 carats, to a fancy horizontal cluster featuring an open scrolling gallery and intricately pierced backholing, flanked by split diamond set curls curving onto broad shoulders which taper to a solid shank. Marked 18 carat white gold, maker's mark 'EAT', full Swedish hallmarks, circa 1965, accompanied by Gem & Pearl Laboratory report #18767.
