Set to centre with a cushion shape old mine diamond in an open back rubover gypsy setting with an approximate weight of 0.95 carats, to a solitaire design featuring polished borders and intricately shaped backholing, the smooth integrated shoulders with grooved details curve to a solid D-shape shank. Tested 18 carat yellow gold, circa 1900.
