The total approximate diamond weight is 2.38 carats, to an impressive five stone ring featuring curving claws, an ornately carved gallery with scrolling motifs and open backholing, leading to slightly raised carved shoulders, and following through to a solid D-shapeshank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, testedsilver and platinum, circa 1900.
