 Description

Sapphire and diamond coronet cluster ring. Set to centre with a cushion shape old cut natural unenhanced sapphire in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 1.20 carats, encircled by twelve cushion shape old mine cut diamonds in open back claw and grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 1.20 carats, to an elegant coronet cluster featuring curving claws, an intricate pierced gallery and circular open backholing, leading to inwardly tapering shoulders, flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Tested white gold, circa 1920.
