Set with five octagonal step-cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 1.00 carats, further set with five square step-cut natural no heat rubies in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 1.00 carats and additionally set with five square step-cut natural no heat sapphires in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 1.00 carats, to a concave three row design, featuring curving claws, engraved detail to the ridged gallery and very fine open backholing, flanked by broad openwork wire shoulders and tapering through to a solid grooved shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold and platinum, signed 'Cartier', numbered '51115', circa 1975, accompanied by IAJA Expertise report #XP2253-050325 and Cartier box.
