Set to centre with a cushion shape old mine diamond, with an approximate weight of 1.00 carat, in an open back claw setting, to an elegant illusion set solitaire design featuring curving claws, an intricately pierced gallery and circular open backholing, leading to smooth shoulders with carved detailing and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Tested rose gold and white gold, indistinct engraving to interior, French control marks, circa 1905.
