 Description

Edwardian diamond set snake ring. The head set with five graduating cushion shape old mine diamonds in open back grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.40 carats, to a yellow gold ring in the form of a coiled serpent with eye details and circular open back holing, the conforming shoulders flow through to a solid ridged shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, full hallmarks for Birmingham, indistinct maker's mark, numbered '2127', English, circa 1905.
