Set with a shape unenhanced sapphire to centre in an setting with an approximate weight of 3.50 , flanked by two round old cut in open back rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 1.80 carats, further decorated with ninety-eight round diamonds in open back settings with a combined weight of 1.00 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.80 carats, to an impressive three stone design, with ornate openwork featuring scrolling and geometric motifs, millgrain edging, and open backholing, leading to broad which flow through to a solid with foliate motifs. , 1905, accompanied by Gem and Laboratory report #09468, and Swiss Gemological Institute (SSEF) report #137488.
