Description

Art Deco sapphire and diamond cluster ring, circa 1920. Centrally set with a rectangular baguette cut natural unenhanced sapphire in an open back rubover setting with an approximate weight of 2.20 carats, flanked by two round old cut diamonds vertically set each side, four in total, in an open back grain setting, with an approximate combined weight of 0.50 carats, further adorned with twenty two round eight cut diamonds, in open back grain settings, with a combined approximate diamond weight is 0.50 carats, to a linear cluster design, with a geometric pierced gallery, and fancy backholing, leading to stepped shoulders, flowing to a D-shape shank. Marked platinum, circa 1920, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #79203-47.
