 Description

Vintage Burmese ruby and diamond three stone ring. Set to centre with a sugarloaf cabochon cut natural unenhanced Burmese ruby in an open back gypsy setting with an approximate weight of 1.70 carats, flanked by two round brilliant cut diamonds in open back gypsy settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.80 carats, to an impressive three stone design featuring polished edges, a conforming gallery and open backholing, leading to integrated trumpeting shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, indistinct maker's mark, circa 1950, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #81309-93.
