An important piece, set to centre with a shape natural unenhanced Ceylon sapphire in an four setting with an approximate weight of 20.13 , flanked by two kite shape mixed cut in open back settings with an approximate combined weight of 1.10 carats, to a structured openwork conforming to the finger with intricate backholing and elegant gently sloping inward tapered , flowing down to a solid . , 1950, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5775-1682 and SSEF report #146641.

Unenhanced sapphires are scarce and this is an extremely rare example of a large natural unenhanced Ceylon sapphire.
