 Description

Victorian diamond coronet cluster ring. Centrally set with a cushion shape old mine diamond, I colour, VS2 clarity with a weight of 0.91 carats, in an open back claw setting, encircled by ten cushion shape old mine diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined weight of 1.00 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.91 carats, to an impressive coronet cluster featuring curving claws, a pierced gallery and fancy open backholing, with fleur de lis shoulders tapering to a solid D-shape shank. Tested yellow gold, circa 1890, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) report #5222713185.
