Diamond drop earrings. A matching pair each set with one cushion shape old mine diamond in an open back rubover setting, two in total with an approximate combined weight of 1.80 carats, suspended from a cushion shape old mine diamond in an open back rubover setting, two in total with a combined weight of 0.50 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.30 carats, to an articulated drop design flowing with movement, featuring polished borders and open backholing, fitted to reverse with secure post and butterfly. Settings tested silver, fittings tested yellow gold, circa 1900.
