Description
Ruby and diamond cocktail ring. Set with two horizontal bands of twenty two square step cut natural unenhanced rubies in open back channel settings with an approximate total weight 3.00 carats, further set with forty seven round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with an approximate total weight of 1.25 carats, to a heavy asymmetrical undulating bezel with pierced backholing and on a tapered flat shank with pierced panels of stylised foliate decoration. Tested platinum, circa 1935.
