Set horizontally with three round old cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.70 carats, to a elegant three stone design featuring curving claws, an intricately pierced gallery and circular open backholing, leading to inwardly tapering shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold and platinum, maker's mark 'S.U.', circa 1910.
