Vintage diamond half eternity band. Set with thirteen round mixed old cut diamonds in open back grain setting with a combined approximate weight of 0.55 carats, to a smoothly conforming half eternity band featuring millegrain edging, a polished gallery and fancy open backholing, leading to a solid shank, approximately 2.3mm in width. Marked platinum, circa 1950.
