A matching pair, each set to top with a round old cut diamond in an open back rubover settings, two in total, with a combined approximate weight of 0.40 carats, set to bottom with a round old cut diamond in an open back rubover settings, two in total, with a combined weight of 0.90 carats, each suspended from thirty two round rose cut diamonds, sixty four in total, in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.70 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.00 carats, to an elegant articulated drop earring, flowing with movement, featuring an openwork foliate design with millegrain edging and fancy open backholing, fitted to reverse with a secure post and butterfly, approximately 4.0cm in length. Earrings tested platinum, posts and butterflies tested white gold, circa 1910.
