Victorian diamond coronet cluster ring. Set to centre with a cushion shape old mine diamond in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 0.65 carats, encircled by eight cushion shape old mine diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined weight of 0.96 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.61 carats, to a coronet cluster design featuring curving claws, an intricately pierced gallery and fancy shape open backholing, leading to raised shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, circa 1900.
