Art Deco diamond cluster ring. Set to centre with a round old cut diamond, J colour, SI2 clarity, with a weight of 1.25 carats, in an open back claw setting, further set by twenty round eight-cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.60 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.85 carats, to an elegant scrolling cluster featuring intricate openwork with millegrain edging, a linear pierced gallery, and open backholing, leading to gently curving shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked platinum and iridium, American, circa 1930, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) report #6234029096.
