Set centrally with an oval cabochon natural unenhanced Burmese star ruby in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 2.47 carats, further set with two hexagonal step cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.80 carats, further enhanced by six round brilliant cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.12 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.92 carats, to a fancy three stone design feauturing curving claws, a finely pierced gallery and geometric open backholing, flanked by trumpeting split shoulders flowing through to a ridged tapering D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat gold, signed 'TIFFANY & CO.', France, circa 1970, accompanied by Carat Gem Lab report #CGL11698 and box.
