Centrally set with a round old cut diamond in an open back rubover setting with an approximate weight of 0.26 carats, flanked by two round natural unenhanced sapphires in open back rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.48 carats, further adorned with fourteen diamond shape table cut diamonds in open back grain and rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.28 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.54 carats, to a three stone cluster with a pierced openwork half moon design, featuring polished edges and open backholing, the trumpeting shoulders flowing to a solid shank.
