The total approximate diamond weight is 0.60 carats, to a fancy openwork crossover design with a finely pierced gallery and circular backholing, the gracefully swirling shoulders proceeding to a solid D-shape shank inscribed 'P. - R. 31-10-52'. Marked 18 carat gold, indistinct maker's mark, English, circa 1950s.
