Victorian old mine solitaire diamond ring. Set to centre with a cushion shape old mine diamond in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 0.90 carats, to a bold solitaire design featuring scalloped edges, rope work texture throughout and circular open backholing, flanked by integrated grooved shoulders which flow through to a solid tapering shank. Tested yellow gold, circa 1900.
