Victorian diamond coronet cluster. Set to centre with a cushion shape old mine diamond with an approximate weight of 0.80 carats, in an open back claw setting, encircled by ten cushion shape old mine diamonds in open back claw and rubover settings with a combined weight of 1.00 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.80 carats, to an elegant coronet cluster design featuring an intricately pierced gallery and open backholing, leading to solid shoulders and flowing through to a solid flat shank. Marked 18 carat rose gold, French import marks, circa 1890.
