Set to centre with a round cabochon natural lapis lazuli in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 2.25 carats, flanked by two round brilliant cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.15 carats, to an impressive dress ring featuring curving claws and open backholing, leading to slightly raised shoulders with alhambra motifs with raised borders and flowing through to an intricate shank with further floral motifs. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, marked 'VCA' for Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered '125402' and '73', circa 1970.
