Set to centre with a round old cut diamond in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 1.00 carats, encircled with eight round brilliant cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined weight of 2.70 carats, further framed with eighteen rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover channel settings with a combined weight of 1.80 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 5.50 carats, to an openwork bombé cluster design featuring polished edges, a finely pierced gallery and fancy shape open backholing, flanked by solid trumpeting shoulders and terminating in a D-shaped shank. Marked platinum, makers mark and signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered '7610 C.S.' French, circa 1963, accompanied by Van Cleef and Arpels certificate of authentication.
