Description

Tudor gold ring with lozenge-shape ruby. Set with a cabochon lozenge shape ruby to centre in a closed back rubover quatrefoil collet setting with fluted bezel and tapered conforming shoulders, flowing down to a solid rounded shank. Tested yellow gold, approximate weight 2.5g, circa 14th - 15th century AD and of European origin.
