Set with a rectangular emerald-cut natural unenhanced aquamarine to centre in an open back millegrain setting with an approximate weight of 9.00 carats, encircled by a single row of twenty round old cut diamonds in open back grain and claw settings with an approximate combined weight of 1.40 carats, with curving pierced claws, an openwork gallery and intricate backholing, flanked by trumpeted split tri-part shoulders with ridge detail, tapering down to a lightly fluted flat shank.
