Edwardian old mine diamond ring. Set with a cushion shape old mine diamond, H colour, VS2 clarity, with an approximate weight of 3.00 carats in an open back claw setting, to a solitaire design with curving claws, an intricately pierced openwork gallery of repeating scroll motifs and open backholing, leading to slightly raised shoulders with chenier detail and flowing through to a solid flat shank. Tested platinum, circa 1915, accompanied by HRD report #12031305002.
