Sapphire full eternity ring. A smoothly conforming eternity ring set with thirty two square step-cut natural unenhanced sapphires in open back channel settings with a combined approximate weight of 1.60 carats, to a full eternity design featuring polished edges, a smooth gallery and geometric open backholing, approximately 2.8mm in width. Tested yellow gold, circa 1970.
