Sapphire and diamond two row cluster ring. Set to centre with an oval old cut natural unenhanced sapphire in an open back rubover setting with an approximate weight of 1.00 carats, encircled and flanked by two rows of sixty one round single cut diamonds in open back grain and rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.65 carats, to an elegant double row cluster framed by polished borders and decorated with open scrolling gallery and fancy backholing, the split trumpeting shoulders include carved ribbed detailing before terminating to a solid D-shape shank. Tested platinum, numbered '6051', circa 1905.
