Horizontally set with five tapered step cut natural unenhanced rubies in open back rubover channel settings with an approximate total weight of 1.20 carats, encircled by a single row of twenty six round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings with an approximate total weight of 0.75 carats, to a saddle design, all above an intricate geometric openwork gallery, with fancy pierced backholing, flanked by raised shoulders supported by cheniers, and on a tapered D-shaped shank. Tested white gold and platinum, French, circa 1920.
