Centrally set with a cushion shape double brilliant cut natural unenhanced Royal Blue Ceylon sapphire in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 5.47 carats, flanked by six tapered baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.40 carats, to an impressive flanked solitaire design featuring curving claws, a structured openwork gallery and geometric open backholing, the gently sloping shoulders leading smoothly down to a solid D-shape shank.
