Set with one cushion shape old cut natural unenhanced Ceylon sapphire in an open back fancy claw setting with an approximate weight of 4.10 carats, further set with forty eight round single cut diamonds in open back grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.50 carats, to a graceful openwork design with elaborate floral shaped collets and millegrain decoration, neatly pierced gallery and fancy backholing, the trumpeting shoulders leading through to a solid carved shank with foliate motifs.
