Set to the centre with a cushion shape French cut natural unenhanced sapphire in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 0.70 carats, further set to top and bottom with two round old cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.70 carats, surrounded by twenty eight round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.56 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.26 carats, to an elegant geometric cluster design featuring millegrain edging, an intricately pierced gallery and square open backholing, flanked by trumpeting split shoulders flowing through to a solid grooved shank.
