Centrally set with a cushion shape old cut natural unenhanced Ceylon Padparadscha sapphire in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 2.04 carats, flanked by two round old cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.80 carats, to an elegant graduating three stone design with intricately pierced stylised collets, curving claws and circular backholing, the raised inwardly tapering shoulders smooth to a slim shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold and platinum, circa 1910, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #78149-03.
