Set to centre with a round old cut diamond in a open back rubover setting with an approximately weight of 0.60 carats, to an elegant solitaire design featuring a pierced gallery with chenier detailing and circular open backholing, leading to inwardly tapering shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked platinum, circa 1920.
