Set with an oval old cut natural unenhanced Burmese ruby to centre in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 3.41 carats, flanked by two round old cut diamonds in open back claw settings with an approximate combined weight of 2.11 carats, to elegant curving pierced claws and intricate backholing, conforming to the finger with inward tapered shoulders to a solid shank.
