Victorian micro mosaic and gold brooch. Set to centre with a panel of fine micro mosaic depicting three birds drinking from a stone urn on a background of dark blue glass, encircled by a gold frame featuring ornate engraved detailing and fine wirework rope design ornamentation, fitted to reverse with a secure hinge pin and clip, approximate diameter 3.1cm. Tested 18 carat yellow gold, circa 1840.
