Edwardian diamond cluster ring. Set with a round old cut diamond to centre in an open back rubover millegrain setting with a weight of 0.10 carats, encircled by fourteen round old cut diamonds of varying sizes in open back grain and millegrain settings with a combined weight of 0.50 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.60 carats, to an elegant smoothly curving cluster form with intricate openwork and a pierced conforming gallery with cheniers, flowing down to a solid tapered D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold with platinum settings, circa 1905.
