Edwardian diamond cluster ring. Set with a round old cut diamond to centre in an open back rubover setting with a approximate weight of 0.10 carats, encircled by fourteen round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.50 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.60 carats, to an elegant smoothly curving cluster design featuring millegrain edging, an openwork collet and fancy shape open backholing, flanked by trumpeting shoulders with cheniers flowing down to a solid tapered D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold with platinum settings, circa 1905.
