Edwardian diamond and onyx dress set. A full dress set composed of a pair of detachable cufflinks, four buttons, four button clips and two collar studs, each set to the centre with one round eight cut diamond in a closed back millegrain setting, ten in total with a combined weight of 0.20 carats, with a circular concave onyx inlay, surrounded by eight round rose cut diamonds closed back grain settings, eighty in total with a combined weight of 0.40 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.60 carats, to a hexagonal plaque decorated with ornate borders, millegrain details and intricate backholing, all to a gold backing and hoop fitting. Tested gold with platinum settings, English, circa 1905, accompanied by fitted box.
